Appointment	Decided by Project Director, who so informs the relevant Forum (Platform)
Tasks	- Leads the project team ; plans the work batches
	- Reports on the (technical, budgetary and contractual) status of the project
	- Validates work deliverables and checks the corresponding invoices
	- Circulates these deliverables
Responsibilities	- Technical, financial and operational implementation
	- Compliance with costs, deadlines and quality of deliverables
	- Work conformity with initial objectives
Nature of relationship	Manages project on day-to-day basis
